"Chapel Loft is very good value! Lots of space, 2 x queen beds, comfortable and so quiet! It’s a very short walk to the Waterloo metro station, which gets you into the city in minutes. I could happily settle in here for weeks. One possible practical addition could be a small hanging rack near the downstairs bed. Overall, a great place for a city stay."

"The property's location is great, Newtown has lots to do and you're close to a train station to quickly get around the City. The unit was not well cleaned prior to our stay, and while it had most conveniences it wasn't set up great for an extended stay."

"Look this place is great but just be aware there are no staff onsite available when things go wrong. I couldn't access my apartment and despite 100 'sorrys' from the nice lady in the phone i was told that the 'escalation' team were not avaible to assist. 2 hours shivering in a hallway later i discovered they had left me the wrong key in the lockbox and the key to the alternate apt (which ALSO) didn't work wa so actually the correct key. Oh..also the internet didn't work Mistakes happen but...

"Both the building itself and the apartment were an architect's delight! Design thinking and details to make the stay more comfortable were evident everywhere. We loved the elegant furnishings, the sun coming into the large, plant-filled balcony, the Surry Hills neighborhood - especially the excellent Lebanese restaurants nearby. I'm glad I had my phone to see the lock numbers at the check-in mailboxes 2 blocks away. It was a bit awkward - but worked! And the host was always very responsive. "

"This is a very homely apartments with good attention to detail. Very good communication with the managing agents who made our stay very easy and welcoming. We loved the use of the pool and gym facilities."
