Our agency Le Temps des Vacances offers a lovely furnished one-bedroom apartment just 1 km from Bonnegrâce beach and 600 m from a supermarket. This apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). It comprises an entrance hall, an air-conditioned living-dining room with a 10 m² terrace, a separate kitchen with a loggia converted into a laundry room, a toilet, a shower room, and a bedroom. Outside, you have a pleasant terrace with garden furniture. The apartment has an internet box with Wi-Fi. Shared parking is available within the residence. Once parked, you can leave your vacation car alone. Absolutely everything can be done on foot! We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid one month before your arrival date and no later than two weeks before your arrival date, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years of age. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents.

Arrival between 19:00 and 20:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
