Only 500m walk to Cala Tarida beach. Situated in very quiet side road without traffic. Supermarkets, pharmacy, stores, bars and Restaurants - everything within walking distance. Bus stop 150 mts away.
95m² living space divided into a large living room with open kitchen and dinig table for 6 persons, 2 bedrooms, 2 spacious Bathrooms. There's a small Garden with 2 terraces.
This is a modern an clean house. Fully equipped with kitchen and garden furniture. Washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, oven and much more.
Both bedrooms with double bed and wardrobe. Sofa bed in living room.
Ideal for a family with up to 3 children or 2 couples / families.

The house is located in a quiet residential area in a non-busy side street. Therefore, it is only for families and guests who are looking for peace and relaxation as well as for the nearby, on-site beaches, gastronomy and leisure facilities.
In the evening after 10 pm, the outdoor area has to be kept quiet so as not to disturb the residents. Loud activities are therefore prohibited. I live in San Jose about 10 minutes away and am available to the tenants if they need assistance.
