"The Hotel was a top star hotel for us! It was new and modern and the beds were comfortable. The room Was separated to accommodate 2 queen beds that gave us privacy, each had a tv. The Buffett had a great variety of food! Walkable to stores and dining restaurants and to the metro station. "

"The hotel was first class. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The room. Was excellent with a jacuzzi bath. The area surrounding the hotel looked a bit run down. We did not feel comfortable walking around theocal area. (This has no reflection on the hotel itself.) We took full advantage of the free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. "

"The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. The AC worked great which seems to be a luxury in Italy (fair to poor AC in Rome and Pisa). My daughter loved the large balcony to have offer and people watch. We would definitely stay again. "

"Absolute hidden gem if you are staying in Pompeii. You can walk to your tour of the archeological site and there are many restaurants and bars right outside of the hotel. Let me take it a step further and say you don't even need to look for external food, as the restaurant is fantastic and offers an outdoor dining experience in a lemon and citrus grove. Wait staff and restaurant owner/chef were fantastic and we enjoyed a great meal. Breakfast was also very well done, all in all 10/10 for our 1 night in Pompeii. "

"Absolutely stunning hotel, exceptional service from all staff, couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast was faultless, plenty of choice and laid out to perfection, staff attentive really was great. Reception staff were so helpful and arranged shuttle bus and taxis making it so easy for us. The rooms we had were great, twin and a huge king size room, both were great. "

"It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions "
