- An equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, 3-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle),
- A shower room with washing machine and toilet.

Balcony facing the sea and facing south with garden furniture and stunning views of the islands of Houat and Beautiful island at sea. Accommodation equipped with duvets. Parking in the residence. Non-smoking. Pets not allowed.

Drinks included except from 24 May to 27 September 2025.
Optional: end of stay cleaning at 70 €. Linen rental, childcare equipment, minibox wifi.
