"The hotel is paces away from Fanieul Hall and the wharf. So plenty of options on foot. It is also right by a blue line station, so easy to get to any other neighborhood. The room was clean and the bedding really comfortable. The lobby is a bit strange, long and narrow, with the other half dedicated to a pretty good restaurant. Just a bit awkward. So all in all, it is an OK place to stay, but not one to impress a wife or date."

"Outstanding Boston hotel, and I have stayed in a lot of them. Remarkable staff that is friendly, welcoming, and goes the extra mile. From the front desk to the waiters and the valet team, this is a top notch crew. Modern property well kept. Wonderful pool and gym. The breakfast is not cheap but is first rate. The buffet on the weekends is the best I've seen. The room was well laid out and modern. Plenty of good charging ports and plugs. Great shower. Oh, and they have a "pillow library" where you can get different types of pillows, brought to your room. I got a memory foam/ gel pillow that was great. The Seaport area has really come along, and this place is in the heart of it. The World Trade Silver Line is right next door. Highly recommended."

The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

"Had a few issues during our stay. TV is not a smart TV and supposedly usually has chromecast however it was “down” for our whole stay which was very inconvenient for the children, while we were trying to get ready."

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

"Wonderful stay! The front desk and guest services team were amazing. The room was cleaned every day, and the products were fantastic. I saw some poor reviews and, admittedly, was nervous, but I can't say enough about how incredible the team and stay were. Highly Recommend."

Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

"The Copley is centrally located. It’s an easy walk to Newbury street, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. The valet, though a different company, a little pricey and has a bunch of complaints on Google, were actually really nice, actively helpful, so much so that I opted to do the valet instead of parking across the street for $20 less. My real complaint is the beds: the first room I Was placed in, the bed really sunk when I sat (I’m 5’2” and 125 lbs). I stood up and pushed on the mattress whoch felt quilted and springy (aka dated). The staff was so nice when I talked to them about it, noting, “maybe the box spring is broken?” They gave me an identical room, which I was happy to move to. The manager was super kind and heard me out without me having to over-explain. Once settled, though, I noticed the same issues just not as pronounced. Also: no coffee maker in the room?? Nothing inside of me wants to wander downstairs after traveling and sleeping to get coffee. All in all, it was good, but Copley, it’s definitely time to update mattresses."

"When booking this stay, I was wary of the small room and shared bathrooms. My son and I were traveling together and got the kind with a twin room. We were very pleased with the comfort of the room and the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms. Staff were definitely on their game. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again."
