This beautiful apartment has a magnificent location, on the corner of the famous 5th. Av, surrounded by restaurants, shops, live music, so the fun never ends and is guaranteed.

It has air conditioning, wifi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen. A roof terrace, with a splendid pool with lounge chairs, a gym, a sauna, a dining room, an open-air bar, all enjoying a magnificent view of the sea.
The pool will be closed from 18-25 Aug 2023 for maintenance
