Not the nicest stay in Playa

Didn’t enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much. Overall cleanliness was okay but we had mold on the toilet seat. Air conditioning was not working in the living room and the toilet tank was broken, losing water constantly. Even though we told it our landlord it was not fixed. The worst part was that we don’t had running water two times during our two weeks stay. The last time for more than 12 hours. The landlord replied quickly and send his apologies, but still it was a very unpleasant situation. The overall condition of the furniture was also not very good, it seemed worn out. For the positive I can only mention the good location of the apartment and the easy check in process. Sorry

l'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso le camere sono grandi e comode, la cucina super attrezzata, i bagni grandi e con acqua a pressione alta, il servizio di internet funziona veloce. l'appartamento è vicino a tutti i centri commerciali e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla famosa quinta avenida. Alex il proprietario è molto disponibile e sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Sono stato benissimo tornerò sicuramente

all perfect, very large and spacious apartment, very clean and well furnished, 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, really relaxing balcony! close to everything, just a few minutes walk to the sea and the famous fifth avenida. very satisfied with my choice, excellent value for money!
