Wonderful Unit

The apartment was as advertised. Very cute and clean and in a great area close to the Metro and wonderful restaurants. We had an issue with the bathroom door, and it was handled within an acceptable time frame.

Paris - Eiffel

The location was perfect and the property wonderful. There were a few minor issues (nothing that negatively impacted our stay) that we messaged the property manager about, but we never heard from them. Tip: For those arriving before check-in time - the keys are held at an offsite location. Verify the address for the keys prior to leaving the airport so you can find a restaurant near the key pickup location. We did not do that and ended up taking a nice 15 min walk with our luggage. It wasn’t a huge deal but one of those things we now know to look for in a VRBO rental.

Amazing location, but apartment has issues

The location cannot be beat! Easy walk to Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and close to RER and Metro, Eiffel tower view at end of the block which we loved! Lovely restaurants and patisseries within 5 minutes and Rue Cler within 10 minute walk.Apartment though has some significant issues which affected our stay negatively. The apartment indicates that it is renovated, but the floor is very noisy with several floor boards loose. I am all for older homes and preservation of heritage, but the floors are a significant problem.You have to travel through the first bedroom to get to and from the second bedroom. This impacts privacy within the group and because of the noisy floors, any bathroom trip in the night disrupts/wakes up the rest of the group.There are no usable electrical outlets in the kitchen area. The closest is at the entrance to the kitchen area and near the floor. To use the coffee maker or kettle means having to put the appliance on the floor and then blocking the entrance to the kitchen. Hood fan/light in the kitchen not working. Manager was easy to reach and friendly but did not provide any solution to this problem or the above raised issues.Key pickup is off-site (about 10 minute walk) which is minor inconvenience, but best to be aware before booking.If location is your highest priority, then this place has it, but best to be prepared for the significant issues of the apartment itself.
