- Private Pool & Spa: Heated pool available for an additional $35/night (recommended Oct-May). Pool is serviced weekly on Wednesdays (early AM).
- BBQ Grill: Available for use (guests must supply their own propane).
- Parking: Driveway parking for 2 cars. Overflow lot available for up to 4 additional cars (no street or grass parking).

Parking is available for two cars at the home in the driveway. Up to 4 other cars may park in the overflow lot that is near the home. There is no parking allowed on the street or grass.

* Main resort clubhouse and amenities located a quick drive or 10 minute walk from house. One larger pool is also located only a block from the house.
