Charming direct oceanfront condo on sunny south end! You will love this one bedroom condo conveniently located on 93rd Street. This property features modern decor and appliances and has two full size beds in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living area to sleep a family of up to four. All the comforts of home including WIFI and full kitchen. Includes one assigned parking spot. Great location close to stores and restaurants. Property rents mini weeks and/or full weeks with a Friday or Monday check in/out day and any 3 nights in the off season.
Guests supplies all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner doees not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Stress free getaway

The place is just as described very clean and beautiful views. Everyone we met at the building was very friendly. We enjoyed the location and watching the ocean from our balcony. We will rent again for sure. Thank you very much.

Perfect condo on the beach

The listing doesn't lie. This beautiful, well stocked condo overlooks the beach. We came prepared with sheets for 2 fulls and a queen and our bath and beach towels. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Easy assigned parking, and an elevator made it easy for us to get our items to the 4th floor. This was everything we hoped, thanks so much for sharing your space. If we make it back to Ocean City, we will certainly book again.

Pack Light

What a beautiful place. We loved it but imagine our surprise when we found the place loaded with supplies that we are accustomed to bringing on our own. Wine opener, over gloves, basics seasoning, sharp knives, cutting board, hair dryer, soap, dish detergent, etc. It was so nice to not have to unpack the vast majority of what we packed but would have been great to know in advance.

Good location but has a bad smell

I recently stayed here with my spouse and our baby. The property has a good location - ocean front and central to many restaurants etc - with a nice view of the ocean. However the bedroom has an awful urine smell in it. It’s clear there have been pets there who have peed on the carpet because the urine smell is so strong. It made it hard to sleep. And like many old Ocean City buildings, the air conditioning in the unit is window air conditioners which adds a musty smell on top of things. Honestly is was really nauseating. If they replace the carpet I would say everything else was fine.

The property was clean and the perfect size for us. Easy check in and out everything we needed was there. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo with a great view

This condo is great for a couple’s getaway. Nice size with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. The condo is on the 4th floor and there is an elevator which was very useful, especially when bringing up luggage, groceries, and beach gear. Being steps away from the beach is fantastic and there are also many restaurants and shops near by.

Beautiful view

This was the perfect condo. Comfortable, clean and updated with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s in a good location with private parking. Condo was very well kept and stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen. Will definitely stay here again.
