Experience holiday comfort at "1/19 Norburn Avenue", a charming holiday rental tucked in the picturesque Little Beach area of Nelson Bay with air conditioning, boat parking available and dog friendly (downstairs only) - please note this is a non-smoking property.
Boasting an inviting mix of contemporary design and home-like warmth, this delightful retreat is decked out with 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom and second bedroom are located upstairs, the main bedroom also having access to a private balcony to capture the morning sun and sea breeze to flow through. The third bedroom is located on the ground floor making this an easy, relaxing holiday for the elderly, this room also has a private TV and sitting area to relax. The main bathroom is also located upstairs, designed as a 3-way bathroom working conveniently with a separate area with the bath and walk-in shower, separate vanity area and separate toilet.
Downstairs you can stay cool or warm year-round with the reverse-cycle air conditioning system in the open plan living are, catch up on your favourite shows on the large wall mounted TV and DVD player for all your entertainment. Indulge in culinary adventures in the well-equipped modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer, and complete cooking appliances.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
