"A Friendly Greeting at Check In with the option of room service or no. We opted for no (put garbage out/ask for towels) 'relaxed room" for more time out. When we asked owner for extra blankets, he got them, plus showed us where the thermostat was. Had to borrow a plunger, he volunteered, I opted to do it, he made sure it fixed. He cared to ask how we were doing, if we needed anything, every day. That to me is exceptional, we were treated like "guests" sincerely. Great View. Quiet. Clean....
