Welcome to our “Cabbage” our hybrid home of a cottage and cabin in beautiful
Bear Paw. Walking distance to a fishing pond where your kids and adults will enjoy hours of catching catfish, bluegill and bass. The Clubhouse includes a pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts and kids playground are just steps away. Rent a boat or bring your own and launch at Beautiful Mountain-view Marina located in the back of the community less than an 5 minute ride. They have a wonderful store full of common household goods, drinks, ice cream and lots of boating accessories including a full line of clothing. On the other side of the entrance is the Hiawassee River with another boat ramp access, and parking available.
New granite kitchen with all the accessories, stackable washer and dryer. Plenty of seating in the living room, furniture is comfortable and clean. Gas stove for cooler nights, AC for hot summer days. Corn hole, drink fridge and gas grill provided.

Loved the cabin!

Bear Paw is a great place to vacation and this cabin is perfect for a family. Though only 1 bathroom, it is so clean and well decorated. There's even a tv in 2 out of 3 bedrooms. The owners were very responsive and helpful Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Home

We loved our stay here. The property manager was great. The house was very clean and spacious and had very nice decor. The beds were so comfy! We were walking distance from a pool, marina with the lake and a stocked pond. It was not too far to go out and do anything but far enough to have complete peace!

Nice Cabin near Hiwassee Dam

This cabin was well maintained and is in the Bear Paw community. The property manager was very helpful. Be sure and get the Wifi password as cell coverage is spotty in the area. There is room for parking one vehicle and drive is paved. Great location for exploring Southwest North Caroline and Southeast Tennessee. 30 minutes from Murphy which is a very nice small town.
