Several levels of decking offer grilling (Blackstone), large eating area, water sports, and lounging areas with fire table and fire pit nook right next to the water. Large lake raft, kayaks and paddle board waiting by the pier for you with two bays close by. There is a spot at the house to dock a boat. Living room with panoramic view of lake, cozy second floor loft with books/games. Stocked coffee bar. Washer and dryer with supplies on sight. Child friendly home with pack' n play's, highchair, and dinnerware. Four parking spaces right in front of the house. This house is a short 10-minute car or boat ride to Indiana Beach, golfing, and several restaurants on the lake. This is a great house to enjoy time on the water with family and friends!

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage goes by the garage behind the house. Put garbage in the big orange can, paper and cardboard can go in the metal burn barrel.
Please make sure that everything is shut off, stove, grill, lights, ceiling fans, air conditioning. Please close all curtains. Close and lock all doors that are going outside.
Put all used towel in the bathtub. Put all used sheets on the dryer.
