Splendid Sardinian style villa overlooking the sea with private descent and direct access to the rocks below where you can enjoy privacy, 2 panoramic terraces, 2 parking spaces, private garden. The villa is composed on the lower floor of 2 double bedrooms both with sea view and a third bedroom with 3 beds, 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, laundry room and pantry. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper floor with an independent entrance directly from the garden, equipped with bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea.

Die Villa Renata bietet ein phantastisches Ferienerlebnis im Süden von Sardinien. 40 Minuten vom Flughafen Cagliari entfernt, befindet sich das im klassisch, sardischen Style erbaute Haus in leicht angehobener Lage direkt an der Küste von Torre delle Stelle. Der Empfang der Eigentümer am Abend unserer Ankunft war sehr herzlich. Die Liegenschaft selber ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen eigenen privaten Meereszugang. Die Terrassen erschließen eine phantastische Aussicht auf das offenen Meer und bieten am Abend romantische Sonnenuntergänge im milden Oktober-Mistral für das Aperitif. Wir können das Haus alle denen empfehlen, die von Ihren Ferien in Sardinien etwas mehr erwarten. – Familie Kreienbühl
