The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a bar area and a separate exit to the terrace. A separate WC is conveniently located on the same level. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms: one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and the other with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). There is also a bath/WC on the upper floor.
