Arrivée fin de week-end de l’ascension, l’ile était en surpopulation mais dés le lundi le calme était retrouvé. Bonne situation de l’appartement en rdc au sein d’une résidence.

Très agréable second séjour avec nos enfants sur cette île paradisiaque, Logement confortable, très agréable et très bien équipé Terrasse donnant sur un jardin de verdure au calme,à deux pas du village. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique des propriétaires; Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Site extraordinaire, superbe résidence, calme, bien située. Appartement très spacieux, lumineux, très agréable, bien entretenu. Idéal pour vacances en famille. Propriétaires adorables, disponibles, et attentionnés ( petit cadeau à l'arrivée).

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans cet appartement avec nos petits enfants de 2 ans et 5 ans . Ils ont adorés la grande baignoire carré et les quelques marches de l appartement n' ont posé aucun problème . L appartement est par ailleurs très bien équipé , très clair ,et très propre . Il est idéalement situé près du centre ville et des plages . Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin Je recommande cette location sans problème

L'impression première est très sympathique, très bon accueil des propriétaires, très joli cadre. Situation parfaite. Une fois dans cet appartement, la réalité des choses. Des escaliers partout, impossible si vous avez le moindre handicap, incompatible avec des jeunes enfants. Surtout la salle de bains, très dangereuse malgré les barres installées tout autour de la baignoire. Bac vieux et sale carrelage cassé, flexible qui fuit. Bref une bonne rénovation, transformation s'impose. Le lit de 160 est en fait un canapé lit inconfortable, les petits lits ont des matelas à ressorts âgés. Le reste du logement est vieillot, inconfortable et sale. Le couvre lit du canapé taché, les coussins sales, les oreillers sales, les dessus de chaises dans la cuisine très sales. la majorité des équipements (frigo, four, télé, petit électro ménager...) nécessite un remplacement urgent. L'appartement est très bruyant, immeuble en béton où les appartements s'entrecroisent, on entend bien les voisins de tous côtés, même ceux qui discutent dehors. Terrasse petite, envahie de végétation, régulièrement humide (arrosage automatique). Rapport qualité prix mauvais. Calendrier d'occupation pas à jour? Paiement demandé en liquide??. On doit pouvoir trouver mieux!
