## Logement
Located on the garden level of a three-storey residence, the accommodation comprises :
- two bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed ;
- a bathroom ;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a cozy lounge area to relax in after a day's walking;
- a garden and terrace.

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including: hair dryer, washing machine, terrace, coffee machine (with pods), fridge, garden, microwave, etc.

This accommodation is not a sublet.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

One of the apartment's strong points is its location. It is :
- A fifteen-minute walk from the beach, in a quiet, pleasant residence.
- The beach is magnificent in any weather and at any tide.
- Just a ten- to fifteen-minute walk away, you can enjoy its charms.

For your daily needs, there's a "Carrefour City" supermarket just a fifteen-minute walk away.
In the town center, you'll also find a supermarket, bakers, pretty boutiques, a few bars and some very good restaurants. A miniature golf course and a pretty straw hut on the beach round off your aperitifs.

Tennis, bike hire and horse riding are also available. Cabourg is pleasant, as is Port Guillaume in Dives. The Museum of Paleontology in Villers-sur-Mer is well worth a visit (in case the weather gets worse, but that never happens in Normandy! :)

Some places of interest and activities in the town:
- downtown, 13 minutes on foot ;
- La Plage du Temple is a 15-minute walk away;
- Cabourg is a twenty-minute drive away, and much more.
