Villa La Ruine - Etoiles du Sud

Located just outside charming Grimaud in the picturesque hamlet of Val de Gilly is la Ruine. Surrounded by beautiful nature, this is an ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet. This comfortable vacation home with an area of 130 m2 was built in 1999 on the foundations of an old ruin and completely and particularly tastefully renovated in 2022.

The cottage is accessible both by stairs (entrance on the 1st floor) and through the kitchen and the large terrace (first floor) with beautiful views and a shady pergola. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor.

On the first floor you will find the cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with washer and dryer. In the sitting area with cozy fireplace you will find the TV which is equipped with Chromecast. This makes it possible to stream your own programs. Via the stairs you reach the three bedrooms and two bathrooms with walk-in shower. Two bedrooms have double beds and the other bedroom has two single beds.

Further on the plot you will find the swimming pool which is usually in use from mid-April to the end of October and is cleaned for you every other day and heated if necessary in the early and late season. The pool is equipped with a child alarm.

From Val de Gilly you can reach the bay of Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Grimaud in about 10 minutes by car. Saint-Tropez and Sainte-Maxime can be reached within half an hour.
