Villa in Frigiliana with sea views and large private pool, located in the exclusive Cortijo San Rafael, with 2000m of plot and a constructed area of 270 m.
The villa is divided into a first floor where you will find a spacious living room with fireplace and a work area equipped with a desk. Fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob) connected to the living room and dining room with direct access to the outdoor seating area surrounding the pool.
All rooms are very spacious and bright as the house has large windows with views of the outside. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathrooms and one individual bathroom. All the rooms are very spacious, have fitted wardrobes and have direct views of the gardens.
A/C in all rooms, free Wifi
Access to the property is through the concreted parking area that leads directly to the Villa. The exteriors are made up of carefully maintained plants, trees and cypresses. Large terraces surround a spacious pool which has hammocks, a barbecue area, with several covered terraces to enjoy unique moments with family.
Minimum age to book: 25 years old. Possibility of two extra beds on request and deposit. Deposit to cover possible damages.
