This is a new residence is delivered to fall 2024.

This 90m² apartment offers warm decoration and high quality materials.

The main asset of this apartment is undeniably its large terrace equipped with a private jacuzzi.

Two indoor parking spaces (basement of the residence) are reserved for you.
You have a ski locker with boot dryer which opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.

The apartment is made up of a living room opening onto a furnished terrace with a jacuzzi.
The living room offers a living room - dining room and an equipped kitchen.
A first bedroom is equipped with a 160 bed and a TV. This room is located near a bathroom and a separate toilet.
A second bedroom has a 160 cm bed and a TV as well, East exposition.
