She was an absolute gem—compassionate, accommodating, and genuinely kind. When I called early in the morning to rebook the same room I’d stayed in the night before with my sister-in-law, she warmly told me I could return early and not to worry about housekeeping—it was mine. Her voice alone was soothing, and when I arrived, her calm and welcoming demeanor truly helped me settle back in. It’s rare to find hospitality that feels this human and heartfelt. "I got to the hotel at 12pm and Staff checked me in without charging a check in fee. It's a very nice and clean hotel. The noise from traffic outside didn't affect my sleep."

"Room had everything we needed, and the restaurant was very good. The building was going through some renovations, but it only affected where we entered from the parking lot. There were some problems. The light over the coffee bar did not work at all. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. The room/bathroom definitely needed a lot of work. Other than that, it was quiet and comfortable. "
