Welcome to this beautiful home on Lake Oconee where you can escape and enjoy new adventures with friends and family. Enjoy the sunshine on your private dock and relax in the evening grilling on the patio. This newly renovated lakeside home has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a furnished outdoor patio. Whether you take a boat out on the water or grab a bite to eat in Eatonton, this beautiful getaway has something for you!

Wake up and enjoy some coffee on the patio overlooking this peaceful cove. The outdoor patio is equipped with a dining table, several seating arrangements, and a grill. The back yard has two kayaks, corn hole, games, and a hammock. Our private dock has cozy chairs and room to tie on a boat.

Wonderful cool weather added immensely to this long weekend in this wonderful home on the lake. Beautiful location. Place is not lavish but lovely relaxing deck and chairs on boat dock. Would love to return

Beautiful lake house

Beautiful setting at the lake. Love using the kayaks and playing cornhole. Only 4 bowls for 8 people though.

I stayed here for a long weekend with a coworker. Hotel options in the area weren’t great so we elected to look on VRBO for a place to stay. This really worked out in our favor. We had a nice relaxing weeke

Great location!

This place was convenient to Sugar Creek Marina, where we needed to be, and being able to hop in the boat from the backyard instead of driving the car and trailer over there every day was beneficial. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions we had and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Honest, upfront only reviews is what we do. House is a starter VRBO. Home is very musty. Water stain in master, probably contributing to musty problem and of course not in any of the online pictures. Home needs attention. Cracks in drywall throughout house. Steps to exit off the porch—one side completely pulling out from the nails, careful not to lean on it too hard. No hand soap in master bath had to go out and buy our own. Minimal basic supplies provided—we were there for 5 nights. Beware of deck at night—it is overridden with cockroaches!!

House was exactly as listing had it posted

Pros: House was as listed. Check in was easy. Living room furniture was comfy. Beds were comfy. Cons: One of the neighbors has 4 large dogs and if they see you they bark non stop like 6:45 am to 10pm at night. I normally like to read and drink coffee in the morning on the dock but it was not very peaceful with dogs that won’t be quiet. The house on the opposite side also appeared to be a rental and the master bedroom is right next to their porch. The neighbors were up until 2am playing ping pong and you can hear every word they were saying. I understand the host cannot control neighbors there was just lots of noise. There was no laundry soap or even a courtesy dishwasher tab for a load or two of dishes so you need to come with all items on hand. We did not know until check in the house didn’t have trash service and you are required to take all your trash with you when you leave. Really wish the dock had some type of shade cover.
