Semi-detached house 240 m2 with private pool and plot.
Barcelona is 35 km away. The nearest train station is Caldes d'Estrac. Trains in the direction of Barcelona every 10 minutes during rush hour and every 30 minutes at other times.
The nearest large city is Mataro - 5 km.
The beach is sandy, clean, there is no train along the sea line! The world-famous thermal water springs of Caldes D'Estrac are 3 km away.
