Slow responces little help w "check in"

Got lucky to enter the property when another patron left the locked door open for us then had no idea where to go! Sat out waiting for someone to let us in the door for 45 minutes. They were nice once we found someone and did allow us to store luggageluggage.before check in

Lost water and construction site noise

During my stay I was unaware that the property is located on a major avenue with construction right in front of unit. The construction went on during the weekend and you could hear it extremely loud within the unit. I was unable to get rest because of this. Also dangerous getting inside because the sidewalk is under construction and there is a huge hole in the entrance covered by only a plastic cover. Unfortunately , during my stay I also had a water outage. The host was notified in the morning but did not make the residents aware for proper planning. Most of the other guests were also distressed by this situation since we had to shower with water bottles and the bathrooms would not flush.

Bon logement extrêmement bien placé

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer quelques nuits dans ce logement fraîchement ouvert, et le tarif très attractif affiché sur le site nous a tout de suite séduits. L’endroit était impeccable et propre. Nous avons simplement remarqué l’absence de quelques petites fournitures (une poubelle, liquide vaisselle, éponges notamment ), mais étant donné la récente mise en service, j’imagine qu’il ne s’agit que d’un simple oubli. Merci pour cette belle découverte !

Das Apartment liegt super-zentral in der Stadt!!!Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war sehr schwierig, es wurde auf Anfragen über das Portal nicht geantwortet. Es gab keine Heizung und keine Decke, sondern nur ein Bettlaken, so dass wir frieren mussten. Unsere Bitte nach 2 Wolldecken wurde erst nach 2 Tagen erfüllt. Das Bett war extrem schmal für 2 Erwachsene. Es gab keinen Mülleimer in der Mini-Küche. Zu wenig Geschirr. Kein Garderobenhaken für Mantel, Jacke.Mit etwas mehr praktischer Ausstattung wäre das Apartment perfekt.
